That's basically because we have now come up with stickers under our Special Release and Stationery Line. I'm very happy that my partners supported me on releasing this merch. You know stickers are part of any creative planner girl, yes? 

Here's a first Plan with me this 2018. I decided to start again this series because I think I might be a ( little 😇)  help to some who are new to this hobby. I think I have influenced some of my the people I know on Facebook to start with this hobby. Decorating planners and journals is fun, darlings! 

The good thing about this generation is that you can easily find inspiration online. Whether photos or videos, you get to see things that can urge you to try something new. In my case, I am a person who have found my safe haven with vertical layouts and sticker kits, but as time goes by, I intend to try something new - ofcourse without leaving my safe haven out. Just trying out new things!

Just like what I have mentioned on my comeback post - PCT IS BACK, I have to stick with something easy to do because I am busy these days with business and work. So how did I fair the passed 2 weeks? Remember that photo above I shared last time? Here's how it looks like now.

I was so happy when I got a lot of compliments about this finished page on my BTS Diary. I did some calligraphy (but I am not good with it, I know) and used some stickers. The pens I used are Zig Scroll and Brush and my Unipin 0.1. Basically, this is a page I did to reminisce on when, how and why I became a BTS ARMY. 

Next, I came back with my first love, vertical layouts. I am preparing a special spread for one of the birthday boys so I took out my Kikki K for this. I used a sticker kit by Paper Joy PH. This shop is my favorite for vertical sticker kits. She has a facebook page and etsy shop so you might wanna check out her offers there. 👌

Finally, I started again yet another page on my diary for also, a special birthday spread. The finished spread was used as a promotional material for our shop's sticker release. 

Guess that's it for now. Hope I have inspired you in my own little way. Next time, I'll try to give mooooooore details about the things I use to decorate my planner.

The diary is part of the Season’s Greetings 2018 merchandise of  방탄소년단 (BTS / Bangtan Sonyeondan) which I bought for ₩ 43628.47 including EMS.  In South Korea, idols like Bangtan release Seasons Greetings. This merchandise usually contains calendars, planners, photobook and etc. 

For usual planners and diaries, I usually see the identification page on front. Not for the BTS SG 2018 Diary. It is on the last page of the notebook.

So what's up! How many planners do you have now? Are you into Bullet Journaling? Calligraphy? Are you more of using vertical or horizontal layout?

Let's start on answering how many planners and journal do I have now? I have 4. My past planners which are dated are not counted here e.g. BDJ Planner and Starbucks. Going back, I still have my Kikki K Cute and Carpe Diem Ballerina. Two were added, I have now a My Write Life 2018 and a BTS Seasons Greetings 2018 Diary. For this year, I will actively use MWL and the BTS Diary. We will talk about these two more on my next posts. 😉

BTS Seasons Greetings 2018 Diary

I am still fond of the vertical layout but since I am not using my Kikki K this year, I'm more of doing free hand. I use stickers, write in calligraphy (tho I am not good on it 😅) and sometimes, I use bullets and numbering.

Guys, I really love stickers and die cuts! I use functional stickers to mark tasks. Die cuts are my bestfriends whenever I need to cover up errors and also empty spaces. Last year, I just realized that  I am not a stamp girl. So I am planning to destash them. Since I am working, reviewing, not to mention I also have a business, I have less time on designing but I still want to design because I find it boring when I look into my planner without those. That's why I have to stick to easy things to design my planner.

A Cute Story

I wanna share a story to you all.  I posted an update of my planner life in a Facebook Group. I decided to show my diary and give a brief details about it. After that, some planners commented on it. I just found out I am not the only one who has it. I AM NOT A LONER PLANNER ARMY. Hahaha.

By just putting up this big event, I realized how this hobby has spread and influenced a lot of people, mostly ladies like me. However, this is not just a simple planner meet up I usually attend. A part of the money we paid for the registration went to Virlaine Foundation Philippines, a child-caring institute in Manila. The organizers of PlannerCon Manila will be donating school supplies to them this May.  

Event started at 9AM but before that we registered first and was given seat numbers. It's a nice idea to be given seat numbers so that we can meet other planner girls other than those that we are already fond of being with. I was with my group - The Planner Seatmates when I arrived and we were assigned to different seats after, 

We were each given a ticket to be used on claiming our loot bag, planner girl pillow, shirt, mug and for our meal. While waiting for the event to start, I wandered and saw these amazing planners, stationery and printers and a lot more. Not long then that I knew that these are all prizes for the raffle. Oh! How generous are the organizers and sponsors, eh?
